Amid the increasingly severe climate issues, at the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference held in Dubai in December 2023, the world reached a consensus for the first time on reducing the use of fossil fuels. Swedish Carbon Trading Management AB, referred to as "SCTM AB", was established against this backdrop.
