In order to meet the needs of high-quality development of Jiang xxx Company (hereinafter referred to as "xxx Company"), we are now open to the public to recruit staff, and the specific matters are announced as follows:
I. Company profile
xxx Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of xxx Investment Group Co., LTD. It is a wholly-owned state-owned enterprise approved by xx People's Government in February 2009 and officially established and operated in October, formerly known as xx Development Co., LTD., and officially changed its name in June 2016.
The company is committed to the development and operation of hydropower, photovoltaic and wind energy, vigorously develop new forms of energy, with capital as a link, acquisition and reorganization of potential new energy power generation projects, and actively layout the development and utilization of new energy technologies and new equipment such as hydrogen energy, charging pile and power supply.
Since its operation, the company has unswervingly taken development as the "first priority", continued to improve the construction of mechanisms and institutions, promoted the company's transformation into a market-oriented export-oriented enterprise, and insisted on industrial development and project construction as the core and key to promote development. Taking the new energy industry as the development platform, the company has invested and constructed projects in East China, Central China, North China and Northeast China, and initially formed three major businesses: photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation and smart energy operation and maintenance (in order to accelerate the pace of mixed reform and listing, all hydropower assets will be divested and operated professionally and independently in 2021). At present, the company has 2 branches, 13 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 5 holding subsidiaries and 10 subsidiary companies in the country. The installed capacity of wholly-owned and holding power plants exceeds 1.5 million kW (of which, the installed capacity of hydropower stations is 150.38 MW; Installed capacity of photovoltaic power station: 1111 MW; Wind farm installed capacity: 278 MW, total: 1540,148 MW, that is: 1540,148 kW) annual power generation capacity of 2.3 billion KWH.
After more than ten years of reform and development, the company has gradually become a large-scale group enterprise in Jiangxi Province, mainly wind power and photovoltaic new energy development and operation, to achieve from scratch, from small to large, from the province to the whole country, and also to explore a new way for the "development of clean energy" strategy.
In the future, the company will actively implement the national "double carbon" strategy, guided by the "two business" strategy of the provincial water Investment Group, adhere to the core values of "professional, efficient, pioneering and innovative", and take the mission of "committed to low-carbon environmental protection, the development of clean energy, and light up the bright future" to become a domestic advanced and influential new energy comprehensive listed enterprise.
Ii. Recruitment positions and specific requirements

(2) Job requirements

3. Recruitment process
The recruitment work is carried out by online registration, qualification examination, test, inspection or background investigation, physical examination, publicity, recruitment and other procedures.
(1) Online registration

Browse the recruitment announcement and fill in the registration form (see attachment 2) and relevant supporting materials by email (the email name is "Applicant's name + position applied for") to the designated email address (see Attachment 1) of the recruiter, the registration information is subject to the email delivery, the resume delivery deadline is August 31, 2023, each applicant can fill in only 1 position.
Supporting materials include but are not limited to the following:

(2) Qualification examination
The qualification examination runs through the whole process of recruitment, and the applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity and integrity of the submitted materials. (3) Testing
The test time and method will be informed by email or phone. Candidates should provide an accurate email address and check it in time. At the same time, keep the phone open.
(4) Inspection or background investigation
The recruitment unit shall conduct inspection or background investigation on the personnel to be recruited according to relevant regulations.
(5) Physical examination
After receiving the notice, the personnel to be recruited shall go to the designated physical examination institution for physical examination within the specified time. The physical examination items shall refer to the relevant provisions of civil servant physical examination, and the physical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves.
(6) Publicity

(7) Employment

Iv. Other matters
(1) Those who fail the qualification examination and test will enter the company's reserve talent pool without further notice.
(2) The proposed employee shall actively cooperate with the recruitment unit to carry out investigation or background investigation and other related work. If the recruitment work cannot be carried out normally due to personal reasons, it shall be regarded as giving up the recruitment qualification.
(3) The applicant shall follow the relevant provisions of the state-owned enterprise on job withdrawal.
